Pannun a designated terrorist in India

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has been designated as a terrorist in India. In September 2024, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids at several locations in Punjab in connection with terror-conspiracy involving Pannun and the Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), a proscribed organisation associated with him.

Pannun was designated as a terrorist in India in July 2020. He has been residing in the US for several years. He has made several anti-India speeches while being abroad and urged Punjab youth to rise up against India.
