Ranchi: With just a few days left for Jharkhand Assembly polls, the INDIA Bloc consisting Congress, JMM, RJD and CPI(M) release a joing manifesto on Tuesday. Among those who were present on the occasion include Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, chief Minister Hemant Soren, among others.
