Four Indian Foreign Service officers visit Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission Society

Patna: A team of four IFS Officers Shri Amit Kumar Mishra (2004 Batch), Director (MEA), Shri Sandeep Kumar (2009 Batch), E/I, Deputy Chief of Doha Mission, Dr. Sushil Kumar (2009 Batch), Counsel General, CGI, Melbourne and Shri Manoj Bihari Verma (2009 Batch), Ambassador E/I Monrovia under their Mid-Career Training Program Phase-II (MCTP-II) visited Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission Society today to understand the implementation of Administrative Reform programs being implemented by the Society in the state.

In a meeting held at Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission, Patna, the officers were briefed by Dr. B. Rajender, Additional Chief Secretary of General Administration Department and Dr. Pratima, Additional Mission Director of the Society.

A presentation focusing on the implementation and impact of Bihar Right to Public Grievances Redressal Act, Bihar Right to Public Services Act, Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Act, Human Resource Management System, Jigyasa and Samadhan Call Centre was made before the team.

Team appreciated Society’s role-

The team appreciated the Society’s role in carrying out the implementation of these administrative reform programs in the state. They praised Public Grievances Redressal Act as a dedicated act for grievance redressal which is unique of its kind.
