New Delhi: Dussehra celebrations broke out across India on Saturday as the Navratri and Durga Puja festivities came to an end. President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a Dussehra programme organised by the Shri Dharmik Leela Committee in Delhi.
