CAT admit card 2024: The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 admit card will be released on Tuesday, November 5. The candidates who will appear for CAT can check and download the hall ticket on the official website- iimcat.ac.in. The login credentials required are- User ID and password. CAT is scheduled to be held on November 24, 2024.
CAT will be held in three shifts- shift one- 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, shift 2- 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, shift 3- 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. To download IIM CAT admit card, candidates need to visit the official website- iimcat.ac.in. Click on CAT admit card 2024 link. Enter log-in credentials- User ID and password. CAT hall ticket pdf will appear on the screen for download. Save CAT hall ticket pdf and take a print out.

The CAT admit card will have candidate’s name, category, birth date, photo, registration number, exam date and time, exam centre name and address.
CAT 2024 paper pattern
CAT paper will have three sections include Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA). The VARC section will have 24 questions and weightage of 72 marks, DILR- 20 questions, weightage of 60 marks, Quantitative Aptitude- 22 questions, weightage is 66 marks.
CAT 2024 marking scheme
For correct response, three marks will be awarded, one mark will be deducted for incorrect response.
The qualified candidates in CAT can take admission to a total of 21 IIMs, other MBA institutions.
