Dehradun: An emergency landing of the helicopter carrying Central Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar was made in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, due to bad weather. The helicopter, which was heading towards Milam, had to land at Ralam in Munsiyari. The state’s Deputy Chief Election Officer, Vijay Kumar Jogdande, was also on board during this time.
