India strikes Pakistan: Airlines issue refund, free rescheduling as several flights cancelled, delayed

New Delhi: Several flights operating from key cities were either delayed or cancelled due to the heightened security measures as the Indian Armed Forces carried out several missile strikes on terror bases across Pakistan. To avoid any problem, airspace restrictions were enforced which led to cancellation of many flights.

The Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in Delhi also issued an advisory on Wednesday morning asking flyers to connect with their respective airlines for latest flight information. Due to the sudden changes in airspace conditions, several flights were affected.
