YRKKH written update: The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, scheduled to air on October 21, 2024, begins with Aryan taking a special Karwa Chauth interview of Vidy and Madhav, but they keep bickering. Abhira witnesses their fight. When Vidya catches Abhira watching, she taunts her. So, Abhira attempts to speak to Madhav. To her, everyone in the house, Aryan, Madhav, Vidya, Ruhi, and Rohit, seems to hate her.
Charu empathises with Abhira and apologises to her for Aryan’s behaviour. She waves it off and asks Charu about her gift. Charu excitedly shows Abhira the saree that Neeraj gifted her. Abhira smiles but begins feeling dizzy. When Charu notices this she asks her about it, but Abhira lies that she is fine. On the other hand, Vidya and Rohit obsess over Ruhi’s health. Abhira decides to make a hospital visit to make sure everything is alright.

While on a call with her doctor, Abhira explains that she feels dizzy and that she will visit after she finishes the Karwa Chauth rituals. The doctor scolds Abhira for keeping a fast and advises her to take extra care of herself in the first three months of pregnancy. Abhira understands and decides to break her fast. At the Poddar house, Sanjay asks Armaan to eat. But, Armaan reveals that he is also fasting for Abhira. Sanjay judges Armaan and taunts him.
On the other hand, Abhira secretly breaks her fast but someone records her. Kajal informs Sanjay that Kvaeri did not allow Charu to fast for Karwa Chauth. Just then Aryan plays Abhira’s recorded video and breaks Abhira’s trust. Armaan is stunned to see that Abhira is not fasting for him. Abhira is not so shocked when she learns that Ruhi recorded the clip. Vidya uses this opportunity to taunt her for not being a good wife. She laughs at how Armaan left his own house for Abhira but she cannot fast for him. Abhira tries to explain herself but Armaan refuses to listen. With this, the entire house goes against Abhira.
