New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Krishna Raj bungalow which is estimated to be around Rs 250 crore is ready to move in now. For several months, Ranbir, Alia and Neetu have been spotted at the construction site to check the progress of their dream home. According to the reports, the bungalow will be co-owned by four people in total including Ranbir and Alia.
The lavish six-storey building is named after Ranbir’s late grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor and the ancestral property holds great significance for the Kapoor parivar. Now, let’s explore who are the two other owners of the luxurious bungalow apart from Alia and Ranbir.

According to reports, the Krishna Raj bungalow will be owned by Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, their daughter Raha Kapoor, and Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor. Dad Ranbir wants to register the property in Raha’s name who will celebrate her second birthday in November. With this, Raha will be the youngest owner of the Rs 250 crore bungalow. Apart from Raha, it will be co-owned by Neetu Kapoor as her late husband Rishi Kapoor made her the half-owner of all his assets and properties.

The lavish bungalow features a grey and off-white palette with large windows for enough sunlight to pass and ventilation. Each floor has a terrace adorned with white railings. It is one of the most standout properties in Mumbai currently.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are expected to move into their new plush bungalow in Diwali 2024 or just before Raha’s birthday in November. Reportedly, the star couple are planning to host a grand housewarming party that will coincide with the birthday celebrations of Raha Kapoor.
