Mumbai: Waaree Energies IPO allotment is all set to be finalised on October 25, 2024, i.e, Friday. The initial public offer received a huge response from the investors as the IPO of the solar panel maker recorded 76.34 times subscription on the last day of share sale on October 23. Waaree Energies confirmed mobilising Rs 1,277 crore from anchor investors. Price band is fixed in the range of Rs 1,427 to Rs 1,503 per share.
Waaree Energies IPO, a Rs 4,321.44 crore initial share sale, registered bids for 1,60,91,61,741 shares against 2,10,79,384 shares on offer, the NSE data read. IN the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category, the public offer received a massive 208.63 times subscription; in the non-institutional portion, 62.48 times subscription was recorded while Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category got subscribed 10.79 times.
