Watch: Daughter’s quick response saves mother from underneath speeding auto

New Delhi: In a heart-stopping incident captured on CCTV, a woman in Mangaluru was miraculously saved from being crushed under a speeding auto-rickshaw thanks to the quick action of her daughter and bystanders.

Chetana (35), a resident of Rajaratnapur, was crossing the road near Ramanagara in Kinnigoli to receive her daughter from tuition when the out-of-control auto, travelling from Katil towards Kinnigoli, struck her. The impact sent the auto flipping over, trapping Chetana underneath.

Responding quickly without any delay, Chetana’s daughter and several men rushed to the scene, working together to lift the overturned auto and free the injured woman. Chetana sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital, along with the auto driver and passenger who also suffered minor injuries.
