Viral video: Family attacks guard over No-Parking rule in Mamallapuram, 3 arrested

Chennai: Three members of the same family identofied as Prabhudas, Shanmugapriya, and Keertana, were arrested for allegedly assaulting a guard near Mamallapuram near Chennai on Tuesday. The incident occurred when the guard attempted to enforce no-parking regulations, leading to a violent altercation yesterday. The guard was subsequently admitted to a nearby hospital.

According to police reports, the family’s car was stopped in a no-parking zone, prompting the guard to intervene. A woman exited the vehicle and slapped the guard, while the men accompanying her began assaulting him.
