Special certificate handed to truck drivers
Truck drivers have got a special certificate, whose value is equivalent to 12th pass certificate, after completing the training recognised by the Skill India program of the Government of India. The training period is completed inside three hours, wherein truck drivers are taught new technology and tips for safe driving. This certificate allows drivers to renew their driving license without any additional training.
Apart from the technical aspect of driving, the Highway Heroes campaign also focuses on the mental, physical and financial health of the drivers. Yoga Session (Mental Physical Fitness), Health Awareness and Free Checkup, and Financial Literacy and Money Management are the three major sessions held in the training to strengthen the other aspects of driving.

The truck drivers enrolling for the training will get the chance to build mental, physical and financial health along with the technical skills. The following stops of the campaign are Indore, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
