– Small-scale meetings: Over 4,500 meetings have already been conducted with Dalit communities, 1,700 with members of the Muslim community, and 7,500 with women across different sections. Future plans include reaching out to OBC and other caste groups.
– Local and regional leaders in action: Senior leaders from neighbouring states, including former Union minister Anurag Thakur, MP Surendra Nagar, and Rajasthan BJP leader Satish Poonia, have been deployed for campaigning.
– National general secretaries: BJP’s national general secretaries Vinod Tawde, Sunil Bansal, Tarun Chugh, and Arun Singh have also been asked to join in campaign activities.

BJP is planning to defeat incumbent AAP government, which has been in power for 10 years, and take reign of the national capital. A force in the Lok Sabha, it has been winning all seven seats for past three general elections, BJP has not been able to replicate its performance in the assembly polls. In last assembly elections the saffron party won eight constituencies. The party has also announced strong candidates against chief minister Atishi, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal and senior leader Manish Sisodia.

BJP in its manifesto has promised many populist measures, targeting almost all the communities.
