New Delhi: Nothing short of fireworks are expected at the Box Office on Friday (November 1, 2024), coinciding with Diwali festivities, as Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are all set to take the silver screen by storm. Cinema lovers’ enthusiasm is evident from the massive hype both films have garnered on social media. While fans of Ajay Devgn believe that the Rohit Shetty directorial will attract greater footfalls to cinemas, admirers of Kartik Aaryan feel otherwise.
To settle the debate for now, let’s take a look at how Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are performing in terms of pre-sales. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the Ajay Devgn starrer has already collected Rs 5.96 crore through first-day advance booking. On the other hand, the upcoming horror comedy has raked in Rs 7.39 crore so far. So yes, Kartik Aaryan’s movie is currently leading the race. However, the numbers are expected to increase as the day progresses.
It is to be noted that both films will be showcased on more than 6,000 screens across the country during the Diwali weekend. The clear winner between the two can only be determined once Box Office figures come in.

Singham Again also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor in pivotal roles. In Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Anees Bazmee, Vidya Balan returns to the franchise as the iconic Manjulika, with Madhuri Dixit joining as a new addition. As per predictions by trade experts, Singham Again is expected to open in the Rs 40-45 crore range, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 could earn around Rs 20-25 crore.
