Scooty-riding girl lands on elevated road’s pillar after being hit by car in Noida

New Delhi: In a dramatic incident, a scooty-riding girl landed on a pillar’s base of the elevated road near Noida Sector 25 after being hit by a car on Saturday. She was on her way from Noida to Ghaziabad when the incident happened. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

Two men who were trying to save her were also rescued, they were later sent to a hospital for treatment. The vehicle which hit her scooty has been impounded by the police. The identity of the girl is yet to be known.

Additional deputy commissioner of police Manish Kumar Mishra while talking to news agency ANI said, “A girl was going from Noida towards Ghaziabad, her scooty met with an accident and she landed on the elevated road pillar’s base. Police reached the spot immediately upon receiving the information.”

Cops to question girl about accident

He further added that rescue team of police and fire reached there and saved her. She was then sent to hospital in an ambulance. “Two men who were there to rescue here were also helped down and sent to hospital,” added Mishra.

The ADCP then informed that the car which hit the girl’s scooty was a WagonR and it has been impounded. The cops would question the girl about the incident to take further action.
