New Delhi: The three-day All India Prant Pracharak meeting of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will be held at Keshav Kunj (Delhi) from July 4 to 6. The meeting will primarily focus on organisational matters. It is not a decision-making meeting. The discussions will revolve around the progress and experiences of organizational work in various regions (Prants) and also on the functioning of different departments.

The meeting will be attended by the revered Sarsanghchalak (RSS Chief) and the respected Sarkaryavah (General Secretary), whose guidance benefits all the workers. All the Sah-Sarkaryavahs, heads of work departments, and All India organizing secretaries of 32 RSS-inspired organisations will also be present.

RSS All India Prachar Pramukh (Chief of Publicity), Sunil Ambekar, shared details about the agenda of the upcoming meeting while addressing journalists today at Keshav Kunj. He was accompanied by Sah-Prachar Pramukhs Narendra Thakur and Pradeep Joshi.

Ambekar informed that since March, 100 training camps have been organized across the country. These included 75 camps for volunteers under the age of 40 and 25 camps for those between 40 and 60 years old. During these camps, volunteers are trained in various departments including the Seva (service) department. Volunteers also engage in long-term community projects and actively participate in relief efforts during disasters. For example, they contributed during the Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri and the Ahmedabad airplane incident.

He said the centenary year will be the central theme of this meeting. All regional units have prepared and planned for it. These plans will be discussed in the meeting and detailed information will be shared afterward.

The centenary celebrations will commence in Nagpur on October 2 with the Vijayadashami event, where the Sarsanghchalak will be present. For the next year, various programs will be organized nationwide as part of the centenary celebrations. On October 2 itself, events will be held at the local level branches, mandals and settlements.

As part of a special outreach campaign, volunteers will visit homes, engage in conversations, and share literature about the Sangh. Harmony meetings will be held at the town and block levels, bringing together leaders from various communities to discuss ways to eliminate social evils and promote harmony and inclusiveness.

At the district level, key citizen forums will be held to discuss Hindutva, national interest, and India’s future vision. Special programmes will be organised to ensure youth participation in the centenary year.

The travel schedule of the revered Sarsanghchalak will also be discussed, especially in relation to the centenary year. Special interaction events with the Sarsanghchalak will be held in four major cities—Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru with invitations extended to prominent members of society.

Ambekar noted that there is growing enthusiasm among the public to know about and join the RSS. A large number of youth are interested in associating with the organization. This year’s training camps saw significant youth participation. From April to June alone, 28,571 people registered online via the “Join RSS” platform.

He concluded by saying that, for the centenary year, the RSS has proposed the idea of “Panch Parivartan” (Five Transformations) aimed at bringing positive social change with collective community participation. These five goals include: enhancing social harmony, encouraging environmentally sustainable lifestyles, fostering self-pride, strengthening familial bonds and values and increasing awareness about citizens’ duties. RSS volunteers will work alongside society to advance these goals.
