For over 14 years, Riddhima has made yoga her go-to fitness routine, and she relies on it not just for physical fitness but for mental clarity too. “I have been doing yoga for the past 14 years, and that is the only workout I do. I don’t go to the gym, nor do I spend hours on cardio machines,” she explains, revealing a side of fitness that doesn’t require grueling workouts or endless gym sessions.
