RCB victory parade stampede: Karnataka govt suspends 5 top officials including Commissioner, forms 1 member committee

Bengaluru: A day after 11 people were killed and several others were injured in the Chinnaswamy Stadium while celebrations of RCB’s title win was on, the Karnataka Government on Thursday suspended five top officials including Commissioner of Police and Additional Commissioner of Police. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah also announced that one-man commission has been formed to look into the incident.
