RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will soon commence the selection process for Non Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) employees. The RRB NTPC exam dates is due and will soon be announced. The candidates can check and download the NTPC exam dates on the official website- rrbapply.gov.in.
The RRB NTPC selection process comprises of first stage computer based test (CBT), second stage CBT, typing skill test/Computer Based Aptitude test. The candidates who got qualified in all the selection phases will be hired for the NTPC posts. The NTPC posts are- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master.
The salary of NTPC employees ranges between Rs 35,000 to 55,000 per month. Here is the detailed pay scale post-wise.

The basic pay of RRB NTPC employees is between Rs 27,000 to 30,000 per month. Apart from the basic pay, the pay scale of the NTPC employees constitutes Dearness Allowance which is over 40 per cent of the basic pay, House Rent Allowance – 8 per cent to 24 per cent of the basic pay and travel allowance.
