My Home Construction’s Ramu Rao Jupally bags prestigious Global Safety Summit award

My Home Construction Private Limited’s Executive Vice Chairman Mr Ramu Rao Jupally was honoured with the prestigious Global Safety Summit (GSS) 2024 award yesterday (Friday, 13 September) at a grand event organised by the UK Parliament House of Lords in London. ESG Conference was also organised on the prestigious platform in which International Safety Awards were presented in different categories.

International Sustainability Leader (Construction Sector) Award was given to Ramu Rao Jupali, Executive Vice Chairman of My Home Construction Private Limited. With this award, My Home Group has achieved another milestone. With this award, the company has once again received international recognition. My Home Group has become a trend setter in many sectors in today’s era.

Additonally, D Bhaskar Raju, Head of Health Safety Environment, My Home Group won the International Best HSE Manager Award. My Home Construction Private Limited has been winning the prestigious international award for the last three years in a row. The Global Safety Summit Award recognises achievements in sectors such as environment, health, safety, corporate and social responsibilities.

Global Safety Summit (GSS) is an annual conference organised by Fire and Safety Forum. It was established in the year 2009. It is India’s first international certification and assessment body. It prepares certification guidelines as per the American National Standards Institute of the United States. Fire and Safety Forum is associated with the United Nations Global Compact New York (UNGCN). This network is active in India under the name of UNGCNI.

Since 2014, every year GSS hosts over 1000 safety professionals, over 40 renowned speakers and over 30 industry award winners in New Delhi. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GSS 2020 was organised virtually in partnership with UNGCNI. The list of award winners was also published on the Indian portal of Forbes Magazine.
