Patna: The General Administration Department (GAD) has published a searchable compilation of all circulars issued between 2022 and 2024. This step is a significant effort towards promoting transparency, ease of governance, and institutional continuity. The formal launch of this compilation was carried out by Deepak Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of the Land and Revenue Department.

While speaking at the launch event, Deepak Singh emphasized the crucial role of institutional memory in governance, ensuring that knowledge and policies are preserved even after officials retire. He stated that these efforts will help retain institutional knowledge and prevent any disruptions in government operations.

This compilation will serve as a one-stop reference for government officials and the general public, aiding in policymaking, decision-making, and compliance. It has been developed with the following objectives:
