Patanjali Foods to announce Q1 results on August 14, 2025; bonus shares likely for investors

Patanjali Foods Limited, led by Baba Ramdev, has announced a major update regarding its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company stated that it will release its first-quarter (Q1) results on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The company informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on August 14 to discuss and approve the Q1 financial results.

Trading window to remain closed after results

The company further informed that following the announcement of financial results on August 14, the trading window will remain closed for 48 hours. During this period, no insider associated with the company will be allowed to buy or sell shares. This measure is in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct.

Bonus shares on the way for shareholders

Patanjali Foods is also set to reward its investors with bonus shares. On July 17, 2025, the company’s board approved a 2:1 bonus issue. This means that for every 1 share held, investors will receive 2 additional shares for free. However, the record date for issuing the bonus shares has not yet been announced.

Strong performance in Q4

The company delivered strong results in the March 2025 quarter. Its consolidated net profit jumped 76.3% year-on-year to ₹358.5 crore from ₹206.3 crore. Revenue grew 17.8% to ₹9,692.2 crore. EBITDA rose 37.1% to ₹516.2 crore from ₹376.5 crore a year earlier, while the operational margin improved from 4.6% to 5.3% due to better cost control and higher scale of operations.
