The Outbound Tour Operators Association of India (OTOAI) organised its 6th international convention with 200-plus delegates in Moscow from 10-16 July.
The inaugural event was attended by Top Dignitaries of the Travel Industry from India and Russia.
Himanshu Patil, President of OTOAI, highlighted the city’s charm, describing Moscow as “a beautiful city with rich cultural heritage coupled with modern vibrancy that has warmth and hospitality and is a must-visit for Indian tourists.
Evgeny Kozlov, First Deputy Head of the Office of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow, Chairman of the Moscow City Tourism Committee, shared insights into the partnership between OTOAI and the Moscow City Tourism Committee. He reaffirmed Moscow’s position as a safe and attractive destination for Indians.
Shravan Bhalla, Vice Chairman of OTOAI, gave his insights on the eased visa processes for Indian travellers and the Festival of India that is currently happening in Moscow.
The entire day had enriching sessions with Expert panellists that explored innovative ways to boost India–Moscow tourism cooperation
