Noida: A man broke into Pakistan national Seema Haider’s home on Saturday. He claimed that she had done ‘black magic’ on him. The man has been identified as Tejas, who hails from Gujarat.
Police arrest intruder
The police arrested Tejas, a resident of Surender Nagar in Gujarat, reported PTI. Police said that initial investigations and questioning of the accused seemed to suggest that he is “mentally disturbed”.
The man tried to enter Haider’s Noida home at around 7 pm on Saturday. Explaining how Tejas reached Noida from his home state, police said, “He took a general ticket of a train from Gujarat to New Delhi. From New Delhi Railway station he reached the village by bus.”
Upon checking his phone, we found that he had screenshots of Haider on his phone, said Sujeet Updhyay, Incharge at Rabupura Kotwali.
Upon questioning, the man reportedly told police officials that Seema had done black magic on him. Updhyay said that police are investigating the matter and appropriate action will be taken against the accused based on the enquiry.
Who is Seema Haider?
Seema Haider is a Pakistan national, who hails from Jacobabad in Sindh province. She left her husband’s home in Karachi in May 2023 and came to India. She travelled to India via Nepal. She then reached Noida, where she met a man named Sachin Meena. The 2 (Seema and Sachin) reportedly interacted with each other, while playing PUBG online, during the Coronavirus lockdown.
Haider fell for Meena, and decided to leave her country and come to India and marry Sachin. She was found living in Greater Noida in July 2023. Sachin and Seema are reportedly married now and also have a daughter together. Apart from the girl, Haider had 3 children from her previous marriage to Ghulam Haider.
