Nawab Malik’s son-in-law injured in car accident in Mumbai’s Kurla

Mumbai: The son-in-law of former Maharashtra minister and NCP Ajit Pawar’s faction’s MLA Nawab Malik was severely injured in a car accident on Tuesday (September 17). The accident took place near the exit gate of Critical Care Hospital in Kurla West.

According to reports, their Thar jeep was struck by an SUV driven by a 38-year-old man named Abul Mohammad Sof Ansari. The SUV driver reportedly accelerated suddenly, causing Khan’s vehicle to crash into a wall.

The impact of the collision led to severe injuries to Sameer Khan, including head injuries. The accident also caused damage to three motorcycles parked on the sidewalk. 

Police detain SUV driver

The police have detained the SUV driver, Ansari, and are currently investigating the incident. Meanwhile, Sameer Khan is receiving treatment for his injuries at Critical Care Hospital, where his condition is being closely monitored.
