Ayurveda says that due to lack of correct information about food and lack of control over the mind, we often consume such things which create imbalance in the body, which can lead to various diseases.
According to Ayurveda, the food we eat is made up of seven metals and it stays in our body throughout our life. Therefore, eating the wrong food or any bad substance can have an adverse effect not only on our physical but also on our mental health. Let us know which food combinations can harm your health.
Avoid eating foods with bad combinations
Ayurveda mentions three doshas vita, pitta and kapha and if their balance is disturbed in the body, then many diseases start arising, therefore Patanjali also has many such products which work to balance these doshas in your body and protect the body from diseases. This book explains how the right combination of food is no less than a boon for your health, while bad combinations affect health badly. Actually, when we eat two things together whose nature is different, then such food increases the doshas rapidly and this increases the possibility of diseases.
It is important to eat according to nature
Just as it is important to include the right combination of foods in your diet, similarly, there is a need to change the food according to the temperature. Apart from this, it is also mentioned in this book that what is the nature of your body. It is very important to eat food according to this. Like some of you have Kapha nature, some have Vata nature and some have Pitta nature.
