Baba Ramdev teaches yoga to people so that a healthy life can be lived. His companion Acharya Balkrishna also gives information about the herbs mentioned in Ayurveda and food. One such book is ‘The Science of Ayurveda’, which is written by Patanjali’s Managing Director Acharya Balkrishna.
