New Delhi: The entire nation celebrated Diwali, the festival of lights, with unprecedented enthusiasm and joy on Thursday (October 31, 2024). While some people dressed up and visited their loved ones for the auspicious occasion, others were deeply immersed in the festive spirit. Bollywood was no exception, with stars and celebrities joining in on the celebrations.
Actress Shraddha Kapoor took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse into her Diwali festivities. The 37-year-old star shared a series of pictures on the popular photo-sharing platform to showcase her Diwali celebrations. The Stree diva looked absolutely gorgeous in a floral Anarkali dress. In one of the images, she posed with her family, including her father Shakti Kapoor, and her aunt Padmini Kolhapure.
Ayushmann Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap appeared stunning in black traditional outfits. He also shared a video where he played the dhol, taking the celebratory spirit up a notch. “Chandigarh Diwali celebrations with every generation,” he captioned the post, highlighting the family’s fun-filled time together.
Rashmika aces festive look
Ananya Panday posted a cute picture on Instagram with her cousin Alanna Panday’s little one, while Sonam Kapoor shared a beautiful family photo with her husband, Anand Ahuja and their son. Rashmika Mandanna also aced the festive look, opting for a white chikankari kurta. She shared a series of pictures from her Diwali celebration.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, along with their daughter Raha, were spotted celebrating Diwali with his mother Neetu Kapoor while Varun Dhawan was seen at his office for a Diwali puja. Janhvi Kapoor made heads turn as she arrived for further Boney Kapoor’s Diwalu puja.
