New Delhi: One of the most anticipated OTT releases of the month, Do Patti, is finally here. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film is set in the fictional town of Devipur. This gripping mystery thriller Do Patti made its official premiere on October 25, 2024.
Marking actor Shaheer Sheikh’s Bollywood debut after a successful career in the TV industry, the film is now available for streaming. The plot of this thriller film revolves around Saumya and Shailee, a twin sister duo, who rival each other for the love of the same man, Dhruv. The twin’s strained relations only grew weaker after Dhruv’s grand entry into their lives. Saumya’s life with Dhruv seemed to be going perfectly alright. However, in a dark turn, Shailee reenters Saumya’s world after a fallout. A series of twisted events eventually led to Dhruv being accused of an attempted murder.
It is police officer Vidya Jyoti Kanwar who dedicates herself to solving the murder mystery at hand. As Vidya delves deeper into the case, she gradually unravels a web of lies and deception. Her journey into the depths of this case shows the exploration of the boundaries of justice and personal morals.
