New Delhi: Diljit Dosanjh began the Indian leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour with a bang in the capital on Saturday (October 26) night, and fans can’t stop buzzing. The Punjabi sensation performed at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and his entry was nothing short of spectacular. Dressed in an all-black ensemble, the Lover crooner launched into his first song, instantly winning over the crowd with his powerful vocals and undeniable stage presence.

Fans flooded social media with videos and snaps from the musical night. Right after his first track, Diljit took a moment to make the night unforgettable. He raised the Indian flag high above his head, waving it proudly, drawing loud cheers from the thousands of fans filling the stadium.

“Ye mera desh, mera ghar hai” (This is my country, this is my home), he declared passionately. The crowd erupted, fueling an electric atmosphere as he thanked his fans for their love and unwavering support.

Though fans were thrilled by his performance, the night didn’t start without a few hiccups. The Delhi show faced delays, and the sweltering conditions inside the venue left many fans restless. Hundreds of eager fans had already gathered waiting to hear Diljit perform some of his biggest hits, like Born to Shine, GOAT, Lemonade, 5 Taara, and Do You Know. Finally, as the clock struck 8 PM, the lights dimmed, and the Punjabi singer made a dynamic entry, much to the fans’ delight.

Notably, the concert was a homecoming for Diljit, who has been thrilling audiences worldwide in Europe and North America. Now, he’s set to spread the Dil-Luminati experience across India, with his second show in Delhi scheduled for October 27. The tour will then continue to other cities, including Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, and Chandigarh, and conclude with a show in Guwahati.
