New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will be going on a pilgrimage to celebrate 100 days of BJP government in the national capital. The pilgrimage begins on June 1, said reports. The CM will be in Haridwar on that day to inaugurate a dharmshala. Post inaugurating the dharamshala, the CM will take a dip in the holy water of Ganga river.
CM to visit Badrinath and Kedarnath
Post her visit to Haridwar, the Delhi CM is scheduled to visit Badrinath and Kedarnath. The visit will start on June 2 and will last for 2 days. Gupta will be accompanied by her family during the visits to the holy lands, in Uttarakhand.
Earlier today (May 30, 2025), the Delhi CM addressed a press conference, marking 100 days of the BJP in government. A celebration is planned at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday to mark the milestone.
The Indian Express quoted Gupta as saying, “In this short span, everyone has worked exceptionally well. I want to congratulate the entire team for their efforts.” Ministers in the Delhi government, Ashish Sood, Kapil Mishra, and Ravinder Indraj were also present for the press conference.
The CM also released a “workbook” of achievements of her government in the 100 days that the BJP has been in power. The book highlights all the ongoing development work in the national capital, undertaken by the BJP regime.
