New Delhi: Abhinav Arora, known as ‘bal sant baba,’ has recently made headlines following the circulation of a dance video featuring him at a religious event. In the footage, Abhinav is seen performing on stage in front of Swami Rambhadracharya, who instructed him to leave the dais. “Please go downstairs first. Tell them to go downstairs. It is my decorum,” the Swami said.
The video was shared on social media platform X by user Roshan Rai, who captioned it: “Dude was overacting; Guruji threw him off the stage. This is epic.” Since its posting, the clip has attracted over 1 million views and a wave of reactions. One user commented, “There could only be one joker on the stage,” while another added, “First time he got the right treatment.” A third said, “‘Maryada hein meri’ was a tight slap to the father-son duo,” and a fourth said, “Cut his reward for overacting.”

Viewers sympathise with Abhinav
Another commenter expressed sympathy for Abhinav, saying, “Okay, so I don’t blame the child. He is really not mature enough. As I learned from some videos, it’s actually his father who is encouraging this behavior to create viral content.” This sentiment was echoed by yet another user who lamented, “This was so satisfying. Although I feel sad for this kid… it’s his father who is using him to make money, and that’s just disgusting.”
Swami Rambhadracharya, who had asked Abhinav to step down from the stage, later shared his thoughts on the phenomenon of child preachers while speaking with ANI. He said that he disapproves of it, saying, “Ye durbhagya hai,” or “this is unfortunate,” when discussing the issue. The Swami also labeled Arora as “foolish” and dismissed his claims that he studies alongside Lord Krishna. “He’s such a foolish boy. He says that Krishna studies with him… will God really study with him? Even in Vrindavan, I used to scold him,” Swami Rambhadracharya said.
