Dehradun: Bollywood actress and Miss India Universe Urvashi Rautela visited Badrinath Dham and Kedarnath Dham today, on Tuesday, with her family members. On this occasion, she said that she is overwhelmed by visiting Shri Badrinath and Kedarnath shrines. She also asked the devotees to visit these revered shrines under Char Dham pilgrimage.
On Tuesday morning, the Bollywood actress first reached Kedarnath Dham and offered prayers at the temple. Her mother Meera Rautela and brother Yashraj Rautela also came with her for darshan. This Bollywood actress also got herself photographed with her fans at the main door of Badrinath Temple.
Urvashi is an Uttarakhand native and won many beauty contest titles
Notably, a native of Kotdwar in Uttarakhand, Urvashi is currently residing in Mumbai. Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has acted in many films and serials including “Singh Saab the Great” “Sanam Re”. Urvashi rose to fame after winning the Miss Diva – Miss Universe India 2015 title and representing India at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. She started her modelling career at the age of 15 and had earlier won the Miss Teen India 2009 title. Her acting journey in Bollywood is still going on.
BKTC CEO presented Lord Kedarnath’s Prasad
After the worship, BKTC Chief Executive Officer Vijay Prasad Thapliyal presented Lord Kedarnath’s Prasad to the Bollywood actress and her family. BKTC media in-charge Dr. Harish Gaur said that after visiting Kedarnath shrine, Urvashi Rautela reached Shri Badrinath Dham in the afternoon. After visiting the temple, in-charge officer Vipin Tiwari presented Lord Badri Vishal’s prasad to the Bollywood actress.

On this occasion, temple committee member Bhaskar Dimri, BKTC Chief Executive Officer Vijay Prasad Thapliyal, Dharmadhikari Radhakrishna Thapliyal, temple officer Rajendra Chauhan, Vedpathi Ravindra Bhatt, Tirth priest Monu Panchbhaiya, JE Girish Rawat, Dr. Harish Gaur, Ajit Bhandari, Yogambar Negi, Harish Joshi etc. were present.
