Dehradun: The 38th National Games, which have been taking place in Uttarakhand, will come to a grand conclusion on 14 February. The closing ceremony promises to be a memorable event, with special honours for record-setting players and a “Games Recap” to highlight winning moments.

Home Minister Amit Shah will be the Chief Guest, and Bollywood singer Sukhwinder, along with Kumaoni actress Shweta Mahara and the Digari Group, will perform. PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the 38th national Games in Uttarakhand on 28 January.

A “Games Recap” will also be presented to revive and inspire memories of the winning moments from the start to the end of the event.

Home Minister Amit Shah will be the Chief Guest at the ceremony

Home Minister Amit Shah will be the Chief Guest at the ceremony. Bollywood singer Sukhwinder, Kumaoni actress Shweta Mahara, and the Digari Group will add more glory with their performances. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha, and Sports Minister Rekha Arya will also address the gathering. On this occasion, the National Games flag will be handed over to the next host state, although the Indian Olympic Association has not yet announced the next host. According to Sports Minister Rekha Arya, Yogasana has become a part of the National Games for the first time in Uttarakhand and will also be included in the upcoming Asian Games.
