Deepankar Semval, a member of Gangotri priest community, said to News9live, “Preparations are going on for PM’s stay in Bagori village on 28 but we don’t have confirmation yet. His winter stay is most likely in the first week of February, either in Mukhba or Harshil’s Bagori village.”
