Addressing the recruits, PM Modi extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed individuals and their families. “I have had many professional discussions with the youth of India in Kuwait. “Through Rozgar Mela, we are continuously working to provide government jobs. In the last 1.5 years, our government has provided permanent government jobs to nearly 10 lakh youth, a massive record in itself,” PM Modi said. He accused the previous governments of not taking these initiatives in mission mode.

Youth-centric policies driving India’s growth

PM Modi also underlined the role of youth in nation-building, asserting that their strength and leadership drive the country’s development. “India’s policies in the past decade, including Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Startup India, Standup India, and Digital India, have been centred around the youth. These programs aim to provide opportunities and create an ecosystem for their success,” he said.

He also mentioned India’s achievements in various sectors, including space, defence, mobile manufacturing and sports, startups and renewable energy, crediting these milestones to the youth.

Vision for 2047

The Prime Minister reiterated the pledge to build a developed India by 2047, with youth playing a central role in this vision. “India’s youth today are brimming with self-confidence, raising the flag of success across every sector. The government remains committed to fostering this growth by providing opportunities for self-empowerment and nation-building,” he said.
