New Delhi: The BJP-led Union government is all set to introduce ‘One Nation, One Election’ Bill in the current session of the Parliament, according to sources.
The PM Modi-led Union cabinet has already approved the report of the Ram Nath Kovind Committee on One Country One Election. The government plans to form consensus on the bill, and are willing to send it to a Joint Parliamentary Committee or JPC for detailed discussions.
