Mumbai: In a trending video on social media platforms, Reliance employees shared the Diwali gift they received from the Mukesh Ambani-led oil to-telecom conglomerate. The video shows a box containing three packets of dry fruits. The contents range from cashews to almonds and raisins.

The gift box also contains a personalised message from Mukesh and Nita Ambani. The words Deepawali Greetings and Shubh Deepawali can be seen embossed on the boxes. Inside, there’s a white potli bag containing the 3 dry fruit varieties.

The card inside the round box contains a message from the entire Mukesh Ambani family. Names include Akash and Shloka Ambani, Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal as well as Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The names of Mukesh Ambani’s 4 grandchildren are also mentioned in the card.

From air fryers to cash bonus, Instagram users showed how The Reliance Jio Diwali gift may have been underwhelming. To be sure, Reliance gave a similar Diwali gift to employees last year in a pink-themed box. RIL’s staff were also gifted by the Ambanis to mark the occasion of their youngest son Anant’s wedding with Radhika Merchant.
