Watch: First flight lands at Noida International Airport in Jewar

Noida: The Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) conducted the first flight validation test for Noida International Airport ahead of the airport’s commercial opening in April 2025.

The IndiGo flight was received with water canon salute on its landing at the airport.

As per media reports, the trial is set to go on till December 15 before the planned launch of commercial flights services in April next year. Airport is likely to provide at least 30 flights from the day one of its launch next year. Out of the total flights, 25 are likely to be domestic while three will be for international routes and remaining two, the cargo.
