There was a violent conflict between India and China in Galwan in the year 2020. After this there was a conflict between the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and Indian soldiers in Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. Due to these incidents, the rift in the relations between the two countries increased. China is not desisting from its expansionism policy, which is constantly troubling the Indian Army. The Indian Army is ready to respond to every nefarious design of China.
Situation on Chinese border: Army Chief General
Army Chief General Manoj Pandey has given information about the situation on the border with China. He said that the situation on the border is stable, the situation still remains tense. Our preparedness on the border is of high level. We will continue to send adequate resources to the border so that our army can deal with any situation in eastern Ladakh.
Army Chief said – there has been a decline in violent incidents inside Jammu and Kashmir
He further said that an attempt was made by the Chinese army to intrude into the border of our country, but the ceasefire continued from our side. At the same time, our army is foiling infiltration attempts on the LOC. At the same time, there has been a decline in violent incidents within Jammu and Kashmir. However, violent incidents have increased in Rajouri-Poonch sector.
It will be our endeavor that this year we focus on modernization of the Army and maximum use of technology.
