New Delhi: It was alarming as well as mysterious as a speeding Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) pickup truck ran dangerously in reverse without nobody at the wheel. The incident reportedly happened on the Vaiduwadi flyover in Hadaspur, Pune around 11.45pm on Sunday.
A video of the incident has emerged where a PMC truck can be seen racing backwards at high speed on a busy road. No one can be seen in the driver’s seat.
The incident has sparked safety concerns and Netizens have hit out at the authorities. The truck was reportedly a PMC road maintenance vehicle. Luckily, no one was injured in the incident, as the vehicle came to a halt after it hit the divider. There was no official statement on why the vehicle was moving back.
