US military plane carrying second batch of Indian deportees lands in Amritsar

US military plane carrying second batch of Indian deportees lands in Amritsar

Amritsar: The second plane from the United States (US) carrying 130 Indians deported from the US arrived at the Amritsar airport in the early hours on Sunday. A total of 130 Indian have been deported to India in the second flight.

This was the second batch of Indianswho were deported from the US since President Donald Trump returned to the White House last month. Earlier this month, a US military plane arrived in Amritsar with 104 illegal immigrants from various parts of the country. The Trump administration deported them as part of its crackdown on illegal immigration in the country.
