Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the exam date for the recruitment of Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO) posts. It has announced that UPPSC RO, ARO exam is likely to be held in two shifts on December 22, 2024. The UPPSC RO, ARO admit card 2024 will be released in the first week of December. Once released, candidates can download UPPSC hall ticket 2024 with their login credentials on the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in.
Many aspirants have started trending the hashtags #UPPCS_ROARO_ONESHIFT, #UPPSC2024 and #NO_NORMALIZATION on social media platforms to show their disapproval of conducting the RO and ARO written exam in two shifts. Candidates argue that conducting the UPPSC RO, ARO exam in two separate shifts will lead to multiple discrepancies and increase the scope for difficulty. The evaluation process and ranking are difficult when candidates are from different shifts as there is no clarity on the normalization.
Aspirants demand that the state government and UPPSC should understand the problems and take the right decision.

Vikas Yadav said, “Two shifts is a cheat, save yourself, future is a chance. UPPSC 2024 exam and RO ARO exam should be conducted in the same shift.”
