Encounter breaks out in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri, 2-3 terrorists ‘hiding’ in area

Two terrorists were killed by security forces in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir, while thwarting an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control. The operation, conducted by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police, followed suspicious activity in Gugaldhar area.

Jammu: Security forces on Saturday thwarted an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control (LoC) in Kupwara district, Jammu and Kashmir. According to Indian Army officials, two terrorists were killed in the operation. 

This operation was conducted by a joint team of the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
