Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Combined Civil Services Examination – Group VA Services today, October 17, 2024. It has released TNPSC Group 5 recruitment 2024 notification for the post of Assistant Section Officer. The notification was released for a total of 35 vacancies. All interested candidates can register for TNPSC Group 5A recruitment 2024 through the official portal at tnpsc.gov.in.
Eligible candidates can apply online for Tamil Nadu TNPSC Group 5 recruitment from October 17 to November 15, 2024. The exam authority has also allowed candidates to edit their TNPSC Group 5 application form 2024. The modification window will be available from November 19 to 21, 2024. The Commission will conduct the entrance exam on January 4, 2025. The exam registration fee is Rs 100.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree to register for the TNPSC Group 5 recruitment. One must note that drafting experience for a period of not less than five years in the post of Junior Assistant or Assistant. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
