Prayagraj: Thousands of devotees who came to Maha Kumbh from tribal areas took a holy Amrit Snaan on the Sangam through a grand procession today.

Various programs have been organized in Maha Kumbh by Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram between 6th and 10th February. After the Yuva Kumbh held yesterday on 6th, thousands of devotees from tribal areas who attended various programs today left for Sangam banks through a grand procession. After Swami Avdheshanand ji flagged off this procession with saffron flag, thousands of devotees left for Sangam banks with great enthusiasm with the slogans of Lord Shankar, Shri Ram, Shri Krishna and Bharat Mata.

Thousands of tribal devotees from Nagaland, Mizoram to Andaman and from Kerala to Himachal participated in this procession in large numbers in their traditional attire. A panoramic view of tribal India was seen in Maha Kumbh today.

The participation of more than 10 thousand tribal people in this Kumbh and the Amrit bath taken by them along with a grand and disciplined procession was the most attractive and memorable scene of this Maha Kumbh.
