New Delhi: In a fierce address during the launch of the BJP’s Tiranga Yatra in Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district, BJP MP and former Union minister Anurag Thakur issued a stern warning to Pakistan, saying that if the neighbouring country attempts another terrorist attack on Indian soil, the consequences would be so devastating that they won’t even have anyone to cry for them.
Thakur said, “I want to tell Pakistan — you want to fight India by hiding behind terrorists. But every time there has been a direct war — be it the 1965 war, the 1971 war, or the Kargil war — India has defeated Pakistan comprehensively.”

Referring to the recently conducted Operation Sindoor, targeting terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Thakur added, “This operation has shown that if Pakistan dares to cast an evil eye on India, their eyes will be gouged out. We have already destroyed terrorist camps, bombed their airstrips, and struck their military bases. If they try anything again, there will be no one left to shoulder their coffins or shed tears at their funerals.”
The Tiranga Yatra, launched from Ramleela Ground in Paonta Sahib, aims to honour the valour and sacrifice of soldier.
“The bravery of our soldiers in Operation Sindoor proves that India’s armed forces are capable of meeting any challenge head-on,” Thakur said. “Pakistan’s missiles and drones were intercepted mid-air. By the time they realised what had happened, their terror camps had already been reduced to rubble.”
BJP’s broader campaign to celebrate India’s military might
The Tiranga Yatra is part of the BJP’s broader campaign to celebrate India’s military might and spread awareness about the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, portraying it as a symbol of India’s zero-tolerance stance on terrorism.
