‘Stree’ makes Halloween debut as Canada house gets ‘O Stree kal aana’ decor

‘Stree’ themed Halloween decor

While a lot of pictures and videos of Halloween decor across the world have surfaced, one video from Canada has garnered peculiar attention. A video of a Brampton home in Canada, decorated with a clever Bollywood-inspired twist, has amused viewers across the Internet.

The viral clip shows the house adorned with a sign hanging outside and a doll dressed in a red saree on the ceiling. The sign features the famous line from the film Stree, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao: “O Stree Kal Aana.” The video was shared by the Instagram account @troll_canadaa_.

Garnering over a million views, the video even caught the attention of Maddock Films, the production company behind the Stree franchise. “It’s going to be a busy Halloween for Stree!” Maddock Films’ official account commented.

Many other users joined in the conversation, with one saying that the idea was honestly awesome.
