Six-time champions Australia knocked out of ICC Women’s T20 Word Cup 2024

New Delhi: In one of the most shocking news, South Africa women’s cricket team stunned Australia women in the first semifinal of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024. Australia, who have won six out of the previous eight editions of the tournament, won’t feature in the final of the event for the first time since they have participated in the biennial event. They didn’t participate in the inaugural edition of the Women’s T20 World Cup in 2009.
