At a press briefing, Major General Dhananjay Joshi, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Army’s Victor Force, revealed that two major operations were recently launched in south Kashmir. “Joint teams of the Army, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted coordinated operations in Kellar area of Shopian and Tral in Pulwama district,” he said.
According to Major General Joshi, all six terrorists were eliminated during these operations. He credited the success to the seamless cooperation and planning among the different security agencies. “Such results are only possible through strong synergy between our forces,” he added.
